OVERVIEW
Address the Stress is a program of the Department of Health of the Philippines partnership with AHA! Behavioral Design. The goal of the program was to help alleviate chronic stresses of hospital-based health professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic by building individual resilience on- and off- duty.
As the sole graphic designer, I led the visual direction and branding, as well as created the designs needed for each prototype. I designed the Address the Stress logo by uniting the two cycles for rest–on- and off- duty. With the moon and sun graphic, as well as sunrise and night sky colors, the logo communicates when a healthcare worker might encounter the different tools.
Featured here are 1) the TY For Today posters and wallpapers that provide easy access to the audio guides, and the 2) Comforta-ball, a destress ball that comes with simple hand-exercise cards. The tools were designed to complement their busy schedules, not requiring too much attention or focus and easily guides the user to relax.
